CTIP Research: HealthTech DEI

CTIP x CHLA Innovation Studio are collaborating with the California Health Care Foundation (CHCF) Innovation Fund to understand the experiences of both founders and investors. The objective of this project is to develop an investment strategy that supports Black, Latinx and female founders and increases racial, ethnic, and gender diversity among funded entrepreneurs. We invite all founders and investors to respond, regardless of how you identify.

About Our Study

Your input is critical in helping us understand the problem and start to develop solutions. Completing our survey will take 10 minutes. Your responses are anonymous, and only aggregated data will be used in our reporting.

Your time is incredibly valuable. As a token of our appreciation, we will select 20 random individuals who complete the survey by September 25th to receive a $25 gift card by email. In addition, you can request to receive a copy of the survey results summary report. To be included in the raffle or receive our summary report, you'll be asked to provide your email address at the end of the survey. Don't worry, your email will not be associated with any other part of this survey. It will be removed from your responses before they are analyzed, so that no one can link your answers back to you.
