Bryan Landers is COO at Backstage, translating vision into execution. He works to scale impact globally through Backstage Accelerator, invest in the best underrepresented founders through Backstage Capital, and support a growing, diverse team and portfolio through Backstage Studio. Bryan also produces and co-hosts Backstage Capital's podcast, The Bootstrapped VC, and leads brand and marketing. His past work with startups ranges from helping the early Pinterest team with HTML email campaigns to leading visual design and co-leading product at Zapier. He holds a BFA from CalArts and has been a touring and recording banjoist in Nashville and a film/TV composer in Hollywood.
