Madison is the Program Associate of Investment and Growth for the Consortium for Technology & Innovation in Pediatrics (CTIP), bringing to the role a passionate commitment to advancing health equity and healthcare innovation. Before joining CTIP, she served as an Associate Intern at Jumpstart Health Investors, a Nashville-based healthcare venture capital firm. There, she played a key role in driving investments in culturally competent care, healthcare IT, and pediatric behavioral health. Madison graduated with honors from Barnard College at Columbia University with a BA in Psychology.
